Andrew Dice Clay

Clay, known for his vulgar comedy, became popular in the late 1980s for a short while. He started out doing professions in New York City area comedy clubs, moved to L.A. and was befriended by Mitzi Shore (Pauley Shore's mother), who owned the Comedy Store. he picked up the name "Dice" from a character he played in the film Pretty in Pink. He has been banned from MTV because of obscene remarks made during the MTV Video Music Awards. He had a short-lived sit-com in 1995 titled Bless This House. Following that, he did some radio for a while.
